Instructions to start an order:
1. Contact the technician;
2. Start the order:
2.1 Select ‘open’ in the download window;
2.2 Select ‘execute’ from the security warning;
3. Follow the technician’s instructions.

(Remote Assistance*) The terms for providing this service, except in the case of Clients under existing assistance contracts, are as follows:

  • The cost of the intervention is 60 euros/hour, accounting for minimum periods of 15 min (Plus VAT at the current legal rate);
  • NUCASE PRIMAVERA support hours are Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 12:30 and from 14:00 to 18:00 (except for specific situations previously agreed);
  • The Client number of the NUCASE Group must always be presented.
